Nickle and Dimed

So I went to buy a new CD; Silversun Pickups… And I decided to buy the third season of The Office, I didn’t look at the price because the first and second season were fairly cheap.

I get in the check out line when an Indian husband and wife start arguing with the clerk over a 10 cent price difference. During the ensuing price check, and my brief thought of donating a dime to the Honey Bunches of Oats (family size) cause, the clerk offers to get me in another line. As I check out a teen asks if they accept food stamps. At this point I am feeling very down about myself.

My total was over $50 bucks. I am taking The Office back; I realized I don’t really need it.
