Here is an interesting analogy: emails are like cockroaches.
- They never die
- They multiply like crazy (forwarding)
- They always pop up at inopportune times
When you are speaking to someone you always try to be as careful as you possibly can; especially with attorneys. But text, especially in electronic form, never goes away and is simply indisputable.
